OK, it might seem like an age until Easter, but we all know how quickly time flies. And it’s never too early to plan Easter craft ideas. It’s the first long school holiday of the year and the first long weekend for workers. So if you want to have some cute and crafty Easter makes to keep you occupied, look no further. We’ve had a quick look over on Pinterest to see what fab craft activities there are for you to make at home. We’ve tried to find something for all age groups. Because craft has no age limitations.
Carrot Sweet Holder
Really easy craft which can be made by almost any age.
Use the free printable egg shape (see above) and print off enough to then decorate and stick together in a circle to make a lovely Easter wreath. Hang indoors or outdoors (weather-dependent).
Pom Pom Easter Chicks
Slightly older kids will be able to get to grips with this craft. You might have made these when you were younger. You’ll need:
Pom Pom Maker Set (optional)
8mm Wiggly Eyes
Orange Pipe Cleaners
Wire Cutters (optional)
Low Temp Glue Gun
Use the printables download to get some Easter shapes that you can cut out of cardstock and hang for a beautiful Easter garland.
Button Egg Art
Grab some buttons in typical Easter colours – pastels, pinks, blues, yellows and greens and arrange on an egg shape. Glue down into position and frame your masterpiece.
Fantastic for making containers for your Easter crafts – making some jams or candles. Or you could fill them with mini eggs or flowers. They’d make an awesome gift.
