TV property expert and well known craftaholic, Kirstie Allsopp has said hands-on tasks such as colouring help people relax, adding: ‘It’s the perfect antidote to the business of modern life and I’d recommend it to anyone feeling stressed.’
Unconfirmed, but apparently Angelina Jolie is a fan of this relaxing pastime. We’re not quite sure where she finds the time with a busy career, being married to the most handsome man on earth and six children! But this is one of those hobbies that is worth making time for!

Not a fan: Harry Styles
Way back in 2012 when on tour, Harry Styles was taken aback to see that One Direction’s dressing room had colouring books in it. Now it’s so trendy, and the band is on ‘hiatus’, we wonder if he still feels the same way. With time on his hands, he might just want to take up a relaxing hobby 😉
